All freelancers are automatically rotated to give a chance to each freelancer to be quite close to the beginning of the list. Full members are shown on the top in the search 50% of the time, the other 50% of the time the listings are random. We give first preference in the listing to our paid customers. Why I do not receive email notification regarding each project? |
According to requests from freelancers, asking to stop notifications regarding small projects, we decided to agree on expectations of our users.
Also most of posted projects are confirmed by the project posters. However, we are experiencing situations when contact information is correct, but we don't receive confirmation of the project. In such cases we do not inform our freelancers about new projects. Since we are receiving many dubious projects we are obligated to be very restrictive.
