Directfreelance.com Rules and Regulations I General Assumptions 1. This agreement is between VerbumSoft and a website User. 2. VerbumSoft does not take part in negotiations between freelancers and outsourcers. 3. VerbumSoft is not responsible for services provided by freelancers and freelance agencies. 4. Users of Directfreelance.com are responsible for username and password received to access their accounts. II Informal Rules 1. Users should provide truthful personal information where required. 2. Project information should be detailed and adequate to freelance services provided by freelancers. 3. Freelancers should provide complete projects on time and with professionalism. 4. Subscribers may not disclose to anyone or anywhere information about projects and jobs provided on Directfreelance.com including project providers' contact information. 5. If the rules stated above are violated, please contact us at info@directfreelance.com immediately. III Registration and Financial Responsibility 1. Registration at Directfreelance.com is free. Features of the website allowing freelancers and freelance agencies to contact clients require an annual fee according to rates stated on Directfreelance.com website. 2. The annual fee should be paid via a payment system - Worldpay.com, a bank transfer or Western Union. In order to purchase full membership, users are required to register and follow instructions displayed after they log on to their accounts. 3. Users become full members once payment is received by Directfreelance.com. Users will receive an order confirmation from Directfreelance.com via email once the payment is approved. Invoices are sent to the payee within 14 days of receiving money in VerbumSoft bank account from Wordplay payment service provider. If the payment was made via bank transfer or Western Union the invoices are also sent within 14 days of receiving the payment by VerbumSoft’s bank. 4. A subscriber authorizes VerbumSoft to send the invoices without the subscriber's signature. 5. There are no annual fees for outsourcers (registered clients). Only freelancers and freelance agencies are required to purchase full membership in order to take full advantage of the Directfreelance.com website. IV. Regulations 1. VerbumSoft reserves the right to revoke a user's membership without warning when illegal activities are observed or if a user does not follow Directfreelance.com rules and regulations. 2. The email and other personal information provided by users are used to provide contact between freelancers and outsourcers. VerbumSoft respects the privacy of users and pledges to protect all provided information against misuse. 3. The User gives his consent to our data bank used by the VerbumSoft for the task related with services rendered. The User declares that, he is well acquainted that he has the right to inspect and to correct its personal data. The VerbumSoft commits itself to keep secret the data concerning the User confidential. User declares that he has familiarized himself with the present agreement and he is willing to obey it. 4. Subscribers may cancel their payment within ten days of purchasing the full membership. A $10 cancellation fee will apply. There are no refunds after ten-day period.
